ENNOVATIVE RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

The details matter in custom residential design. Often the structural systems are the expression of theW architect and the owner.  Whether traditional exposed wood and concrete or modern focus on exposed steel and connections, we understand the details.

Ennovative is now partnering with limited new clients:

  • Attention to detail – The details matter in custom residential design. Often the structural systems are the expression of the architect and the owner.  Whether traditional exposed wood and concrete or modern focus on exposed steel and connections, we understand the details.
  • Economical structural design – We want the project dollars to be used where they are seen and improve the quality of the living experience.  Creating economical solutions allows the money to go where it matters most to the owners.

Meade Residence, Tucson AZ, SF: 7,216

This project had this interesting structural design element… Meade included uniquely framed cantilever beams supporting canopies and had a roof deck on a portion of roof

Meushke Residence, Tucson AZ, SF:

In this project, one of the unique designs was the… Removal of many existing lateral resisting shear walls which required strengthening what was left of the existing masonry shear walls, uniquely framed deck and canopy which included moment connections for a cantilever element supporting a water fall feature and glass decking.

Deitch Residence, Tucson AZ, SF:10,213

Simenstad was unique in that it had “floating” lofts, Meuschke was just unique from an existing building perspective, Dietch was the most complex/largest I believe as it was multi story, had large windows and open areas, a large elevated framed deck and very unique framing for walls that didn’t stack at the garage as well as many interior hidden load bearing beams to achieve steps from interior to exterior spaces
